High on travelling. The Make It show has been a fantastic experience and I am so glad I joined the ranks of these many misfits and mad hatters. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - loud and proud - when you do what you love and surround yourself by peoples whose passion exceed the typical or mundane, amazing things can happen. Everyday I got to interacts with artisans, artists, makers and genius entrepreneurs. I got to talk to them of the highs and lows. Many of them left boring and safe lives to live life on the fast lane. Many of them turned their backs on steady paychecks for the risks and love that comes from doing what you want in life, day in and day out. I’ve got one more round to go and then I’m out, baby! Sort of. Couple of weeks off before I start the process all over for spring. Things are busy for me - Peter is still figuring out what makes sense to him and taking things slow - but I’m happy to put myself out there. Just loaded up the car for the next show. Feeling like She-Hulk and eager to hit the road! Things are hard, often crazy, but you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way. So KickAss people! Put on your best corset, your highest of high heels and the type of lingerie that makes the pope blush and put yourself out in the world. I love the holidays! It reminds that I am an amazing person. We are all amazing people. We are kind and good. My family is blessed, despite these intense few months, and we ain’t giving up. And all of you looking to start shit and eager to pass on your negativity…well. We all know what I think :)
Peace out my loves.
